Make page swipes smooth and give lights a new colour card (0.2.42)

Page switches show the new page as empty cards at once and draw two cards per
LVGL refresh, so touch is polled between the steps; on the Guition the longest
loop gap during a swipe dropped from 276 to 74 ms (docs/SWIPE_PROFILE.md).
Custom parts and control panels are reused instead of rebuilt, state updates
and ticks redraw only their own card, clocks redraw once a minute, and a swipe
past the last page draws nothing.

Slider handles sit inside the fill (grey when the card is off), the busy sheet
covers the whole card, and the light colour card is redesigned with rounded
tracks and colour knobs. Firmware 0.2.36; SWIPE_PROFILE builds carry a
per-swipe profiler for measurements.

Smoother page swipes and a new colour card for lights.
- **Page swipes that keep up with your finger.** The next page shows up at once as empty cards and fills in two cards at a time, top to bottom, while the screen keeps reading touch in between, so a quick second swipe is no longer lost. On the Guition the longest pause during a swipe went from about 280 ms to about 75 ms, and the page is complete in about a quarter of a second. Swiping past the first or last page no longer redraws the page.
- **Less redrawing overall.** A state change redraws only its own card, and clock cards redraw once a minute instead of every second.
- **Slider handles sit inside the fill**, like in Home Assistant, also at 1 %. A light that is off shows a grey slider end.
- **The busy sheet covers the whole card**, including the controls of a wide card.
- **New colour card for lights.** Colour, colour temperature and brightness each get their own card with a rounded track: a knob in the chosen colour for colour and temperature, and a filled slider with the handle inside for brightness. Lights that only do colour temperature, or only colour, show just their cards. The knob no longer gets cut off at the ends of the track.
- Firmware 0.2.36 for both boards; the app offers the update.
