Open tile settings in a sheet above the mockup and remove tiles in place

App 0.2.14: clicking a card opens a settings sheet (bottom sheet on
mobile) with segmented choices that apply live to the mockup behind it,
so the page no longer scrolls to a list below. Each card gets a remove
button with an undo toast; the old per-tile list is gone.
