Put a Buy Me a Coffee button at the top of the README and of the add-on's README

A thank-you line and the yellow Buy me a coffee button under both titles,
drawn by Buy Me a Coffee's own button image so it shows on GitHub and in the
Home Assistant add-on store, where a script tag does not run.
